Shipping policy

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Please allow approximately 1–3 business days for order preparation before shipment.

Fragrance decants are carefully packaged to help prevent leaks or damage during transit.

We currently ship within the United States using available ground shipping services. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders of $60 or more. Shipping costs for orders below that amount are calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos so we can review the issue.

Armando's Decants and Fragrances currently ships fragrance products domestically only.
